Our Condition Reporting Service gives you, the client, an insight into the general health and condition of the environmental systems and associated controls that are in place at either your present or planned future premises.

  • Ventilation supply and extract fans and associated ducting
  • Air Conditioning split systems, package units and water chilled systems
  • Heating gas fired, oil fired and heat pump systems
  • Water closed circuit and boosted stored
  • Electrical distribution, lighting and power load

The report is presented as an A4 full colour brochure so that you can observe exactly what has been seen while the report was undertaken. The report will also help cut down on expensive consultancy fees, especially in the commercial sector, and will aid you in evaluating your current maintenance schedule and its effectiveness.

If you are relocating or expanding into new premises, the report will highlight areas of plant that have broken down or are not economical to repair ensuring you do not become responsible for their repair prior to moving.
