We offer a wide range of services for the retail market. Whether you choose planned maintenance contracts designed to suit your budget or our 24 hour 365 day a year call out service.

We will liaise with building managers and consultants to ensure the maintainability of systems being installed or upgraded.

OUR CORE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Air-conditioning installation, repairs or maintenance
  • Boiler servicing and repairs to maintain a constant supply of heating and hot water to your premises
  • Electrical works including PAT testing your equipment.

We are Corgi Registered in Commercial and Domestic Gas.

We understand that as a commercial business you may need your work done out of normal hours. We will work around your schedules as effectively as possible. We will advise you on any health and safety implications of our service to you before starting any works.

We also offer a full Condition Report Service to evaluate the current condition of the environmental systems within your building.
